Schmitz One Seven GmbH was represented at the FireFit Championships Europe (14 - 20 June 2021 in Hannover/Germany). One Seven supported the German starter Marcel Kraft as a sponsor. Marcel is a member of the Treuenbrietzen Volunteer Fire Department, a neighboring town to Luckenwalde where One Seven is headquartered. Marcel reached the final of FireFit Europe and finished the competition with 9th place in his age group – with his personal best of 2:38 minutes. Congratulations!
For Marcel it was his first participation in such a high level competition with international participants. He wants to pursue the firefighting sport even more intensively in future and has the ambitious goal of being at the very top next year. We are looking forward to exciting contests and keep our fingers crossed for Marcel!
