Schmitz One Seven GmbH has been active on the Australian market for more than ten years. The technologically innovative One Seven compressed air foam systems are used there in both mobile and stationary firefighting by fire departments and in various industries.
As a logical consequence of the steadily growing market share "down under" One Seven Oceania Pty Ltd. has been founded, based in the metropolitan region of Sydney. In future the new company will serve the markets in the entire economic area of Australia and Oceania.
"A subsidiary in Australia will make it easier for our customers to access One Seven compressed air foam systems and our services. The supply of One Seven foaming agent will also be much faster and more efficient in the future thanks to newly created storage capacities. For our parent company in Germany there are of course also significant facilitations in sales and service in the entire Oceania region," explains Dirk Schmitz, Managing Director of Schmitz One Seven GmbH, on the foundation of the company. Furthermore One Seven Oceania Pty Ltd. will be a partner to Australian scientific institutions and large industrial companies in the development and implementation of new, particularly efficient compressed air foam technology.
One Seven Oceania Pty Ltd. will be managed by Gary Rowe, One Seven's long-standing sales partner for Australia.
